Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience, let us know at customerservice@liveitgorgeous.com. While we do not guarantee a refund, we will try to address your concerns.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel an order BEFORE the deal ends by e-mailing customerservice@liveitgorgeous.com.
However, once a deal ends, your credit card will be charged.
How can I change the credit card that I want to use?
As we use PayPal as our payment gateway, the credit card details you charge your purchases to are not revealed to us. You will have to edit your payment details with PayPal.
Why was my card charged twice?
Do rest assured that Live it, Gorgeous! would never intentionally charge you inaccurately for a deal purchase.
If you're looking at your bank account online and see what appear to be two charges for your deal - you're likely seeing two things:
1. The 'actual charge' for the deal, which will remain, and
2. The 'authorization to charge' for the deal, which will drop from your account in a few business days.
Here's How It Works:
When you purchase your deal, your bank immediately places an 'authorization' for the full list price of the deal on your account. This confirms that you have the credit line or funds available, especially if using a debit card, to make the purchase.
If you make multiple purchases of the same deal or change/edit your credit card while making your purchase, you may see multiple authorizations on your account.
When the 'charge' is processed, any credits due are applied and the 'reduced' price is what actually gets charged to your account. Following the successful completion of the purchase, the 'authorization' is removed from your account leaving only the one line item for your purchase.
